Dagoba Frozen Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Dagoba chocolate, any variety
  • 1 1/2 cups milk or milk alternative
  • 1 Tablespoon Dagoba hot chocolate mix
  • 1 Tablespoons evaporated cane juice or other sweetener
  • 3 C ice
  • Whipped cream
  • Shaved chocolate - grate a little of your favorite Dagoba bar

Method:

  1. Cut the chocolate into pieces and place in a double boiler.
  2. Stir in a clockwise circle 11 times, then counter clockwise 3 times, continuing this stirring cycle till melted.
  3. Add the sweetener and hot chocolate mix, and repeat stirring cycle till blended.
  4. Remove from stove, add 1/2 cup of the milk/alternative and stir until smooth.
  5. Cool to about room temperature and place in a blender with the remaining milk/alternative and ice.
  6. Blend till smooth.
  7. Top with Whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
