International-inspired Hot Chocolates

- Almond Hot Chocolate
- Start with slow heating one cup of milk or milk alternative on the stovetop till hot, stirring in a continuous clockwise circle eleven times, then 3 counter clockwise stirs. Continue with this stirring cycle until vapors rise. Whisk in 3 tablespoons of our mix. Add a teaspoon of high quality almond paste, stir until completely dissolved. Or you can add a dash of your favorite almond syrup. Finally, pour into your favorite mug.
- Irish Hot Chocolate
- Start with slow heating one cup of milk or milk alternative on the stovetop till hot, stirring in a continuous clockwise circle eleven times, then 3 counter clockwise stirs. Continue with this stirring cycle until vapors rise. Whisk in 3 tablespoons of our mix. Pour into your favorite mug. Then add a tad of your favorite Irish Whiskey and top it off with a dollop of whip cream.
- Jamaican Hot Chocolate
- Start with slow heating one cup of milk or milk alternative on the stovetop till hot, stirring in a continuous clockwise circle eleven times, then 3 counter clockwise stirs. Continue with this stirring cycle until vapors rise. Whisk in 3 tablespoons of our mix. Pour into your favorite mug. Then add a tad of dark rum, a pinch of nutmeg and a dollop of whip cream.
- Mexican Hot Chocolate
- Slowly heat one cup of milk or milk alternative on the stovetop till hot, stirring in a continuous clockwise circle eleven times, then 3 counter clockwise stirs. Continue with this stirring cycle until vapors rise. Whisk in 3 tablespoons of our mix. Using the Almond Hot Chocolate as your base, add a pinch of cayenne pepper and a pinch of cinnamon. Whisk the hot chocolate for a few more seconds. Finally, pour into your favorite mug. Ole!
