Hot Cocoa (concocted by Brrasie)

Ingredients:

  • 3 T Dagoba Cacoa Powder
  • 1-2 Tbl raw cane sugar
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp raw cane sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Method:

  1. Slowly heat one cup of milk or milk alternative on the stovetop till hot, stirring in a continuous clockwise circle eleven times, then 3 counter clockwise stirs.
  2. Continue with this stirring cycle until vapors rise.
  3. Whisk in the cacao powder, 1-2 Tbl raw cane sugar and spices and continue the stirring cycle till well blended.
  4. Combine 1 C cream, 1 tsp raw cane sugar and 1 tsp vanilla in food processor and bwlnd/whip 'til thick.
  5. Scoop out preferred amount and put on the hot chocolate.
