Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie with Chai Chocolate Chunks

Ingredients:
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 Dagoba Chai chocolate bars
- 1 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust
Method:
- Allow ice cream to soften approximately 1 hour.
- Mix pumpkin, brown sugar, spices, and coarsely chopped chocolate bars in large bowl.
- Fold in softened ice cream.
- Spread pumpkin ice cream mixture in pie shell; freeze at least 1 hour until solid.
- Slice and serve.
